To create this look, I first sprayed water on a piece of white card stock. Then I stamped the image with water based inks (I used Memento and Distress inks). The combination of water based ink on top of wet card stock makes the ink bleed a bit. Then after the images dried, I stamped over them with black ink. Super easy technique, I love the results!
